First official music video shoot

This past weekend I had the priveledge of working with some amazing people (Agora Entertainment, Septien Entertainment and White Cane Productions) on my first official music video…”Daddy’s Got a .45″…my new country music song.  We had 2 of the best weather days ever…considering it’s supposed to be the middle of winter.  Our locations in Mineola, Texas were beautiful.  The first day we completed the acting portion at the home of the Gully family (Thank you Gully family).  The 4 guys and “Dad” were great (stay tuned to meet them in a future post).

Day 2 was a change of scenery and a lot more work…the performance shots at the gorgeous Twisted Oak Ranch (Thank you Deena).  I thought by the end of the day the crew would be sick of hearing “Daddy’s Got a .45”, but instead they were singing along and having fun with it.

I am blessed beyond belief to have had the amazing “Dovetail” band perform in my video as well as Sarah Daws Scott (on the fiddle).  It was a long day, but well worth every second.

There’s much more behind the scenes to come…some funny stuff, but I can’t go without mentioning the best place to eat in all of east Texas…The East Texas Burger Company…crazy good food and a great time…even the onion rings are famous.
